Euroinox’s cooperation with the Tripodakis Group, which has been active in winemaking and home economics in the last few years.
For the Tripodakis Winery, we have built fermentation tanks with cooling and storage mantles with a capacity of 120,000 liters. At the same time for proper access to the tanks, we designed and set up stainless steel corridors and stairs inside the winery, with the primary objective of the proper utilization of the space and the increase of the productivity of the winery employees.
More specifically, for the red wine, we have entirely built the network of filling the winemakers with grape pulp from the press. The winemaker we have built has a capacity of 80,000 liters and has the ability for automatic extraction of grape marc.
At the same time, for the bottling process, we have supplied the Tripodakis Winery with fermentation and storage tanks of 5,000 and 10,000 liters for greater flexibility of the process between varieties.
