The stainless tanks for the preparation and processing of dairy products must have high-performance cooling-heating jackets and insulation on the outside so that there is the possibility of temperature control inside them. They require stirring to homogenize the product which is vertical from the top of the anchor type with scrapers (Teflon). The capacities of this type of tank vary between 1.0 m3 and 20.0 m3 and their dimensions are chosen by the needs of the space for which they will place.
Their construction material is stainless steel type AISI 304 with an internal finish of 2B and an external Matt, with high internal hygiene standards and with certificates of chemical analysis from the steel mill.
