STAINLESS STEEL TANKS FOR PREPARATION OF JUICES - REFRESHMENTS
For juicing, we construct stainless steel tanks that are equipped with high-performance jackets and mineral wool insulation to control the temperature inside. To homogenize the product, a lateral or vertical agitator is placed depending on the capacity. They are closed-type tanks with a conical bottom and roof, they are based on INOX legs and have high internal hygiene standards. Their capacities range from 1.0 m3 to 50.0 m3 and their dimensions are chosen based on the maximum utilization of the space for which they are intended.
For the preparation of soft drinks, due to the high pressures inside the tank, we recommend stainless steel tanks with an operating pressure of up to 6.0 bar. They have an elliptical roof and bottom as extra reinforced materials. A lateral agitator is used to ensure the optimal temperature distribution within high-performance jackets that may cover up to 90% of the tank’s surface and maintain a low temperature with insulation put on the outside. They are manufactured in capacities from 1.0 m’ to 15.0 m’ with dimensions corresponding to the requirements of the space on which they are intended.
The construction material of these tanks is stainless steel AISI 304 with internal finish 2B and external Mat or Fioretto, with high internal hygiene standards and with certificates of chemical analysis from the steel mill.
The weldings are done with the Argon Tig method in a protective atmosphere of high-purity inert gas.
