A very interesting proposal for different varieties of wine and not only, where storage and processing take up more space, are stainless steel wine tanks with two or three independent compartments. The reduction in construction costs compared to two or three tanks of the same capacity is also another advantage. Fermentation, storage, and stabilization tanks can be multi-compartmented as well as a combination of these types. They are manufactured in various dimensions with a total capacity of up to 45 m3 and can be based on INOX legs.
The construction material of these tanks is stainless steel AISI 304 with internal finish BA (Mirror) and external Fioretto, with certificates of chemical analysis from the steel mill.
The weldings are done with the Argon Tig method in a protective atmosphere of high-purity inert gas.
