Euroinox’s stainless steel oil storage tanks on inclined bases are ideal for capacities above 80,000 Ltr. The bottom has a sloped to guide the product to total discharge. In spaces with a low height for the desired capacities, it is the most ideal solution, and the combination with a flat roof; the space can be utilized up to 95% of the height. Their placement requires a metal or concrete base with a corresponding slope on the bottom. The capacities of these tanks can reach up to 700 m3 and their dimensions are chosen according to the needs and the space of our customers. Optionally, we can install a jacket for heating the olive oil. In large-volume tanks that are usually located outdoors, it is possible to install a serpentine in combination with slow-speed lateral agitation so that the olive oil does not freeze. The construction material of these tanks is stainless steel AISI 304 with internal finish 2B and external Fioretto, accompanied by certificates of chemical analysis from the steel mill and certificates of suitability for processing olive oil. The weldings are done with the Argon – Tig method in a protective atmosphere of high-purity inert gas.
