This category belongs to the stainless steel aseptic nitrogen tanks intended for the storage and preservation of fruit pulp. They have a curved/elliptical top and bottom and are based on INOX legs. Their capacities can reach up to 100m3 and their dimensions are chosen after consultation with the customer. Their construction material is stainless steel AISI 304 with an internal finish 2B and an external Mat or Fioretto, with high internal hygiene standards and with certificates of chemical analysis from the steel mill. The weldings are done with the Argon – Tig method in a protective atmosphere of high-purity inert gas.
